Many types of rare earth magnetic compounds are available and only typical
compounds (NdFeB and SmCo types) are introduced below.

The neodymium-family compounds in the RNI series have
magnetism several times higher than that of the ferrite type compounds.
This helps to reduce magnets in size and weight.

|
Main
Features
|
- Magnetic properties can be customized per request.
- The excellent moldablity allows injection molding by a multiple cavity die.
- The outstanding recyclability results in a high yield.
- The compounds may be used in a hot runner system (we have compounds that resists material deterioration due to holdup within the cylinder).
- We achieve the high filling rate of magnetic material in order to obtain the magnetic property of up to about BH Max. of 9.0 MG Oe.

Application
|
Motor components (rotors stators), magnetic sensors, etc. |

The samarium cobalt type compounds in the RSI series
have temperature characteristics far better than those of the neodymium
type compounds. This makes them ideal for items that require high
temperature ranges as well as magnetic properties.
