This Gap Grinding Machine, model GP-103, is a machine which is specially developed to use for air gap grinding of Pot-cores, RM-cores or EP-cores and it can perform high accurate air gap grinding.
Ferrite cores which are placed on the work piece alignment table of the feeding machine are automatically aligned along with the guide rail and fed into the main machine. Each core is tightly supported by a chucking mechanism of the main machine and ground by a small diamond grinding wheel. Various sizes or shapes of cores are ground by changing its exclusive chucking jig made for each item.
