SX-20 Powder Compacting Press

A withdrawal type mechanical press with servomotor-driven upper ram (upper punch), lower ram (die), upper punch position and feeder actions. The use of the servomotors gives complete flexibility in setting the filling height, the operating curves of upper and lower punch, under-fill and other critical parameters in the production of complex and otherwise difficult forming.

SX-40

SX-40 Powder Compacting Press

A composite drive press with a mechanically drive upper ram and servomotor-driven lower ram (die) and feeder actions. The optimum forming parameters of the individual parts belong to a skilled engineer’s personal know-how. They are now recorded and reproduced accurately and easily by the press, through the numeric key operation on the computer, by means of the servomotor control of the die and the feeder while benefiting from the fast forming of the con- ventional mechanical press. The customer may opt for a dieset (die adaptor) with hydraulic servo-controlled upper and lower punch actions.
